OUR STORY

The founders began by developing applications for variants of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and related analytical technologies. This included specialised Radio Frequency (RF) pulse sequences to address RF inhomogeneity and cover large bandwidths, particularly for high- and ultra-high-field NMR spectroscopy, as well as a user-friendly tool for designing decoupling sequences with few clicks. Later, the focus shifted to applied industrial solutions across sectors such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, healthcare, food, feed, and beverages.<\/div>
The founders frequently observed food fraud during their experience in the German food industry. They witnessed the challenges and issues with the current solution during their doctorate and professional careers. Certain incidences of food fraud, including adulteration, mislabeling, misleading labelling, and issues with nutrient content, were noted. They started approaching relevant authorities at government institutions and companies in Germany, Europe and the rest of the world. The interviews confirmed that no feasible scientific method is available within supermarket chains. Government institutions lacked a user-friendly, cross-platform tool to prevent such fraudulent activities.<\/div>
In 2019, the founders received a prototyping grant from the ‘Initiative for Industrial Innovator’ by UnternehmerTUM and participated in the XPLORE Incubation program. These milestones provided valuable validation and refinement of their concept, marking the first step toward SCIMERTECH.<\/div>
In 2025, we received a patent granted for food applications.<\/div>
In 2021, we began collaborating with instrument makers such as Lab-Tools to develop new applications.<\/div>
In 2024, we began collaborating with NMRium, a leading software provider for post-processing NMR spectroscopy.<\/div>
In 2024, we began collaborating with Stelar srl, based in Mede, Italy, a producer of advanced Fast Field Cycling NMR spectrometers.<\/div>
In 2023, we initiated low-field MRI projects with our partners in Europe and India.<\/div>
